Before opening a flooring store, Roger Frederick spent more than 20 years in carpet manufacturing. His work as a manufacturer’s representative took him into stores across the country, where he learned as much about people as he did about flooring.
He saw how knowledgeable advice could put a customer at ease and how dependable service could turn a first visit into a lasting relationship. Those experiences inspired Roger and his wife, Margy, to open their own store in Denton in 1987.
